Fitness

30 minute cardio focused, calorie burning and strength building session for most fitness levels.

Power

Make the most of our fully equiped, weights offering & work up a sweat on our rowing machines & assault bikes.

9:30 is mums time

Drop the angels off to kindy/school or bring them along to the Kids Zone for a 30 minute calorie burning, HIIT cardio workout designed to start your day off right

Boxfit

Get strong and work out your frustrations on the bag with this 30 minute power hitting, core burning class for most fitness levels

Boxing

1 hour tuition covering all the fine points of the sweet science.

Improve co-ordination with pad & bag work.

Kick Boxing

1 hour tutorial involving a high energy cardio blast.

Punch & kick your way to a leaner, stronger and healthier you.

Youth Boxing

5-8 years old : 30 minute fun filled session giving our future leaders a look into the art of boxing.

9-13 years old : 45 minute tuition, covering all aspects including footwork, movement & co-ordination.

Youth Kickboxing

45 minute session focused on youth training & development of skills.

Low Impact

30 Minute workout focusing on exercises with low impact to joints for our more senior members and those carrying injury.

Dallas has over 20 years experience in striking style Martial Arts.

He trained in traditional martial arts such as Taekwondo where he has a 2nd Dan Black Belt, Karate and Ninjutsu while growing up before switching to Muay Thai. He has an IKBF Kickboxing title to his name amongst other notable victories.

Dallas has recently returned from training in Thailand and is very keen to pass on his wide range of knowledge to all.

Dallas can be seen in around the gym on most days perfecting his art and keeping up his intense training regime and is available to pass on his skills every Tuesday night at 6pm.

Jacki has been training in boxing and kickboxing for ten years and working within the HB fitness and combat community for half that time. She’s passionate about promoting good health & wellbeing for our tamariki, knowing the important role this plays in raising well rounded, confident kids. A firm but fair coach who’s looking forward to having some fun with the students this year and smashing their goals.
