30 minute cardio focused, calorie burning and strength building session for most fitness levels.

Power

30 minute strength building and cardio session, suitable for most fitness levels.

Stabliser

30 minute all round core strength building and cardio session, suitable for most fitness levels.

Boxfit

30 minute power hitting and cardio workout suitable for most fitness levels.

Boxing

1 hour tuition covering all the fine points of the sweet science.
Improve coordination with pad work and bag work.

Kick Boxing

1 hour tuition involving a high energy cardio blast. Punch and kick your way to a leaner, stronger and healthier you.

Youth Boxing

5-8yrs: 30 minute fun filled session giving our future leaders a look into the art of boxing.

9-14yrs: 45 minute tuition, covering all aspects including footwork, movement and coordination.

Youth Kickboxing

45 minute session focused on youth training and development of skills.

Yoga

30 Minute Beginners class – Additional Cost – Concession Cards available.
